I am a professional and compassionate counsellor who works with adults and young people from my workshop in Shipham (near Cheddar, Somerset) and online.

I hold a level 4 diploma in therapeutic counselling, am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), and I follow strict confidentiality and ethical standards. I am insured, and hold an enhanced DBS certificate.

My approach is warm, inclusive and focused on helping you move forward with clarity and confidence. I’m here to empower you. Together, we can create an environment in which change feels possible.

My workshop is a peaceful, private space in which you can reflect, explore and find a sense of calm.
